Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are as listed on our website or as quoted by our sales representatives. Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before the delivery or installation of the sauna.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

The customer must inspect the sauna upon delivery and report any damages or defects within [number of days] days of receipt.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.

Refunds will be issued upon approval of the return, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Saunas must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Warranty

 

Our saunas come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

he warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Customers must follow the care and maintenance guidelines provided to maintain the warranty.

All warranty requests must go through the store location where you made your purchase. Original receipt is required.

 

Installation

Professional installation is recommended for all Healing Waters products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site meets the necessary requirements and specifications including adhering to local electrical code and blyaws. 

 

Liability

Customers are responsible for using saunas in accordance with safety guidelines and recommendations.
